Damaged Products and Claims:
L'Érabeille takes utmost care in securely packaging all our products. However, if you receive a damaged item, please reach out to us immediately. To process a claim with the shipping provider, we kindly request evidence of the damage, such as photographs.
Claims for damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your package. Once verified, we will swiftly arrange for a replacement of the damaged goods or issue a refund, as appropriate.
No Refund/Return Policy:
Due to the nature of our edible food products, L'Érabeille adheres to a strict no-return or exchange policy. All sales are considered final.
Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, and we cannot offer refunds or replacements for products that have been opened or consumed unless they arrived damaged. In such cases, evidence of damage must be provided as per the terms outlined above.
